Lanke provided a set of dedusting device of tanks top of fresh catalyst for 3,500,000 tons / year of FCC unit in Sinopec Shanghai Petrochemical Company. Except for equipment, instruments and control systems, pipes and pipe fittings, the supply scope of Lanke also included installation, training and guidance of stat-off and debugging. Since the first successful running in Nov, 2011, the devices have been operating well and satisfied the design requirements. With the filtered gas dust content measured value is less than 50mg /Nm3 and the pressure drop is not more than 0.02MPa, the operation of the system benefits the environment, improves the previous rugged adding surroundings and protects the health of workers.
