Based on the foundation of the contracting for Shanghai Perth sulfones Material Technology Co., Ltd 300 MT/YR Polysulfone pilot-plant and the successful put into operation in 2012, Lanke contracted for the Weihai Perth sulfones Material Technology Co., Ltd 3000 MT/YR Polysulfone new material product line project in Aug, 2014. The project is located in Rushan Binhai Development zone of Weihai in Shandong province. As the packaged institute, Lanke is responsible for the management of the project and the detail design of the main device. The special formulations and additives of Polysulfone product used in the process solved the problem of polysulfone resin molecular weight distribution wide existing in domestic technology. With the impact strength is not less than 7.43KJ/m2, the thermal deformation temperature reached to 174 DEG C (1.82MPa) and the transparent is above 90%, the product has good toughness, high and low temperature resistance, thermal oxidation resistance and high strength. The production time and equipment investment have be greatly saved by utilization of one step polymerization process and special washing and filtration equipment. The detailed design has been finished on Oct 30th, 2014 and the project will be completed in Mar, 2015 with the official operation to be put into in Aprial.
